Manufacture, Storage & Global Distribution

Sorbitech™ products are manufactured under technology licence from Medaad Adsorption Chemicals at SorbiTech™ Group. After production, materials are shipped in bulk to our global network of distribution centers. From those centers, we perform quality inspections, repack if required, and dispatch smaller orders to customers worldwide. This is our global distribution model ensures efficient logistics, fast delivery, reduced cost, local support, and retains the verified manufacturing origin regardless of dispatch location.

Documentation Provided with Each Shipment

For each order dispatched from one of our distribution centers, we issue a complete documentation package including:

• Certificate of Origin (COO) that clearly states the manufacturing origin
• Export / customs clearance documentation
• Invoice and packing list
• Quality and testing certificates (technical data sheet, safety data sheet, shelf life certificate where applicable)
• Batch traceability and detailed product data (grade, packing, batch number, weight, size, etc.)

This ensures full transparency and traceability from manufacturing to delivery.

Certificate of Origin & Compliance Verification

The Certificate of Origin for each shipment is issued only after strict verification. The relevant Chamber of Commerce reviews all manufacturing invoices, packing lists, and commercial documentation to confirm that the product is produced under verified origin. Only after completing this compliance check does the Chamber issue the Certificate of Origin. A copy of this certificate is included with the shipment documentation.
